White Mailer Boxes

We manufacture our White Corrugated Mailer Style Boxes using 32 ECT B-flute White Corrugated Cardboard material. These super strong boxes have sides and flaps that tuck together to form a reinforced barrier to prevent damage to contents when mailing. In addition to their functional use, white mailers make an attractive presentation of your products. Our mailer-style boxes are shipped flat inside another box to keep them clean and damage free. Select from over 150 sizes.

How to Assemble White Mailers
A mailer-style box is a one-piece die cut panel that folds up into a carton. To assemble, lay the mailer flat with the kraft (brown) side up.

Fold "A" flaps straight up and pull into the center.
Fold "B" flap upward and tuck "C" flaps inside.
Fold "D" flaps down and lock into bottom.
